Support Airliners.net - become a First Class Member!

For those of us who are WWE fans it shows that the wellness policy is working, and than Vince McMahon means business. Looks like these are the guys who couldn't stop jabbing the needle into their ass and get off the juice.

Randy Orton
Charlie Haas
Adam Copeland aka Edge
Robert Huffman aka King Booker
Shane Helms aka Gregory Helms
Mike Bucci aka Simon Dean
Anthony Carelli aka Santino Marella
John Hennigan aka John Morrison
Darren Matthews aka William Regal
Ken Anderson aka Mr. Kennedy
Chavo Guerrero

ESPN added three other names
Dave Bautista
Shoichi Funaki
Chris Mordetzky aka Chris Masters

Darren Matthews aka William Regal

He sort of suprised me, he does not look real toned-especially in comparison to guys like Cena or Batista.

As much as I love Cena, Batista and Lashley, but come on those guys are absolutly huge. No way they are natural.

If the wellness policy were working, Funaki would have been suspended a year ago, not this year. Though so much for a guy like Finlay claiming there are no roids whatsoever in the WWE. And Kennedy recently admitted in an interview that he did use roids, but has since stopped using them after WWE initiated their Wellness Policy.

Cena looks somewhat realistic, but Lashley and Batista are just freaks, and no doubt they juiced, as did Triple H when he returned from his previous injury, and Vinnie Mac quite obviously is a juicer as well.

Personally, I would hope to get a similar list from TNA for their wrestlers. No doubt they could find quite some interesting stuff in Kurt Angle...

Fake - not exactly. Some of these guys get messed up pretty bad sometimes. Hell, even some "divas" have had broken vertebrae.

That's becasue they go outside the script, which they shouldn't do. To me, because they are nothing more than actors, thats assault.

The WWE...WWF...whatever you wanna name it is just a pure waste of time and pointless like soap operas are.

Do you actually believe that? This is solely due to the increased scrutiny on the Fed since the Benoit scandal. The same thing happened years ago when the WWF was under investigation and Vinny Mac under indictment.

Quoting AirTran737 (Reply 1):

Darren Matthews aka William Regal

This is surprising. I wonder if it wasn't some other drug and they lumped him in with the Roid heads

Quoting AirTran737 (Reply 1):

Adam Copeland aka Edge

I have heard rumors before, but this still surprises me, given that Copeland's physique has never been a typical juiced one.

Quoting AirTran737 (Reply 1):

Shane Helms aka Gregory Helms

This is actually kind of funny.

Quoting AirTran737 (Reply 1):
Dave Bautista

Yeah, if anyone ever doubted this for a second, they have no idea what someone on steroids looks like. He is the poster child for androgen use.

Quoting AirTran737 (Reply 1):

Chris Mordetzky aka Chris Masters

See above

Cena is natural. He is actually an acquaintance of mine and we ran around in some of the same circles when he was wrestling for the L.A. based UWF. We talked at length about this and if you meet John in person you can actually look at him and tell he doesn't use.

Quoting DAL767400ER (Reply 3):
as did Triple H when he returned from his previous injury

It wasn't just the quad injury, it was prior.

He has admitted as much.

They get banged up from the normal bumps, not just on the rare occasion when someone stops cooperating.

Hey man, maybe he can meet us at the LAX meet next month. I've always wanted to compare my biceps to his in person.

I used to see him shopping at the Publix I worked at back when he was at a halfway house outside of Atlanta back in 1999 after he went into rehab. This was before he joined the WWE.

Don't forget Scott Steiner. Even back in the WCW days, you could tell he was on the juice.

Not to mention that people can even die from this kind of show wrestling, like what happened to Owen Hart 8 years ago.

True. He has one of the most massive bodies in wrestling and yet is completely out of breath by the time he's done with his entrance. But don't expect any punishment, he's too big of a star  Yeah sure .

Quoting N1120A (Reply 7):

Not so much, remember that he had a lot of trouble with his neck as well.

When he returned from an injury around 3 years, can't remember the injury, he had definitely grown in size, though he has gotten somewhat smaller again in recent montjs.

I'm no expert on steroids or drugs, though from what I have seen in some reports, some of the stuff found in these performers where things like pain killers, or other stuff that improves your body without actually bulking up your body.

And for those interested, from recent WWE taping spoilers and house shows, it looks like WWE is already acting as far as suspensions go:
-Umaga losing his IC title to Jeff Hardy and also having Triple H using his sledgehammer on him, no doubt to go on his 30-day suspension.
-John Morrison/Nitro/Whatever losing his ECW title to Punk
-Rey "breaking" Chavo's leg in an "I quit"-match
-Morella getting beaten by Simmons (again)
-Orton only at Raw via satellite (probably already on suspense)

Apparently some the wrestlers were ban for HGH (human growth hormone) and some that were banned for both HGH and steroids. There was a bust of some doctor by authorities in the northeastern USA (CT I think) and these wrestlers were on his list as receiving prescriptions. There was also an NFL coach on the list (who has been suspended by the NFL) and Rodney Harrison of the Patriots.

These suspensions were not due to any testing program by WWE, but from evidence uncovered by law enforcement authorities.

Name the coach, who is it? I haven't heard of a coach being nailed for steroids.

Because the "pharmacy" these WWE wrestlers were getting steroids from has also been where some pro athletes in other sports have been getting stuff from as well.

Cowboys QB coach Wade Wilson.

I don't think the big star thing is the reason, rather that he is married to VKM's daughter and is the father of his grandchild.

Bigger, but not ultra-huge.

It is rather difficult to test for GH, so I am guessing this would have been something they found on them.

It is, as Vince likes to say, sports entertainment.
