Wow..isn't there anything the Chinese won't copy? First its spying on the US, then trains, then planes, and now even the new iPod Nano is not spared. Pretty impressive though..how long has the new nano been out for...a few weeks?

Only one thing: a Chinese factory does the final assembly of the iPod nano to start with. As such, why would the Chinese buy a clone when the real thing is already assembed in their own country?

it may not necessarily be exactly the same in terms of function.

I wouldn't describe it as cutting edge.

A friend of mine has a chinese iphone knockoff, it works pretty good.
