So, this is one of those threads we all love to take part in. Some rooms are really smart, so much so, I re-decorated mine!

Please excuse the black marks, the stitching went a tad wrong!

Let's see yours!

I don't actually have a bedroom at the moment as my old bedroom has been turned into a study before my new room (attic, or loft) is ready. I have been rebuilding the attic myself so progress has been slow (not due to my lazyness!)

It used to be two useless small rooms which I knocked into one some years ago. The fireplace is original and dates from the beginning of the 20th century.

rotfl   rotfl   rotfl   rotfl   rotfl  - so true!

I got back home today from family in mid Wales to find that my room had been 'borrowed' to the daughter of one of my mum's friends... so currently I just have the floor in the lounge. The things you do for chivalry  Yeah sure  grumpy

I don't have any up to date pictures of my room; about four years ago now I tore down the awful wood-chip paper which I had lived with for over a decade and redecorated, then proceeded to customise a large desk and build further shelves and storage areas, along with a display case above. It's all finished now, over 12 feet at the top, all perspex fronted where my models and other collectibles live.

In the centre of the desk is a console controlling the lights around to room and 12 speakers hidden away in various locations, the wiring of which was interesting to say the least!

If I get my room back soon I'll take some newer pictures!

The box only contains some some bits and bobs of my dad railway, so it's not too important  Embarrassment At the moment the room is full high of random boxes and pieces of wood. The general aim is to get the room finished in 2 weeks (all though at my rate, the room might just be completed by Christmas 2008)

Great bedroom tales here ... Currently, my bedroom has light blue walls, old hardwood floor and two windows. Sorry, no bedroom pictures from me this time because I am relocating to a brand new commerical/apartment complex scheduled to open on Oct. 8th. If it opens on time, I move in that very day. Next thread like this one, I'll post a picture of my new bedroom... I plan to decorate my new bedroom like a remodeled Courtyard Marriott hotel room.
