Since I am allergic to milk (and ice cream too), I have cultivated a strong taste for sorbets.
Is there a machine (commercially available) for making sorbets? Or would a food processor/blender be sufficient?
If there is a sorbet machine, where can I find one? (I know there are many kinds of ice cream makers, but have wondered if there are sorbet makers). I'd like to know where I can find one, if they exist (I am in San Francisco).
Please let me know!
PS: Can you make sorbets out of grapefruit?
