A Russian oil tanker has split in half during a severe storm near the Black Sea, spilling around 1,300 tonnes of fuel oil.

Well, it could be worse - 1300 tonnes isn't that much for large tankers or ships. I hope it will be cleaned up, but if it's simply sunk to the bottom then I expect it will be forgotten about in the end - I feel sorry for the local fishermen who's industry will probably be ruined.
