Be Wary Of Getting Tattoos Done In Thailand!

An aussie rules supporter decided to get some tattoos done on holiday in Thailand to celebrate his team winning the AFL grand final. However, the Thai tattoo artist took his instructions literally, when they included the words 'right arm' on the artwork..... to make matters worse, they then tattooed 'Gay Premiers 2007' instead of 'Day Premiers 2007'!

I wouldn't get a tatoo in a "bad" part of Toronto let alone anywhere in Thailand.

I'm not dreaming of getting a tattoo, but even if I would, I don't think I'd have it done in Thailand... let alone spelling errors, I would think hygiene standards will leave something to be desired!

I would also be very afraid of getting diseases from a foreign tattoo (ie: outside of Europe, Japan, USA where legal). I guess there was a slight language barrier with that tat artist. Maybe he was drunk or high too. Then you have to get a corrective to that tattoo, facing more pain and laughs from the correction tattooist.

He says something like "Noble Warrior" or some such crap.
