I currently use windows XP and recently found an old CD, that I gave up looking for a year ago, of my Inflight training class and graduation. Anyways, there are some good pictures on the CD, but they are all in slide shows, or short clips with the "windows media" icon. I'm curious if there is anyway to convert these to individual photos? Thanks!

If you see the windows media icon, then no, its in a movie format. You could take screen shots of the slideshow I supose. I might be wrong on this, but I dont think there is a way to do this but like Sv2008 asked, is it in powerpoint?

If its not power point that would be the only way I can think of... Fraps is a good program for this but im sure there are others. Good luck!
