I completely worded my question wrong (practically asked the complete wrong thing).
I am having problems connecting to the other computers in my house wirelessly (need it so I can use remote shutdown). My computers are not allowing me to start a working home network (can't share files, etc.) I've tried going through the firewall, and other security features on both computers. I've gone through the net to find what my problem is, and when I think I find it, it doesn't work either.
At the moment I found another small free utility that also seems to work with Win9x. But you have to install it on all of your computers and it uses IP addresses and computer names for remote actions: PowerOff 220.127.116.11
