Ah yes.. Norway. Beautiful country. Not problem free, but in comparison with just about any other nation in the world it sure seems problem free.

I was on a 7 night cruise around the Norwegian Fjords 2 years ago and it was amazing. I would do the same trip again anytime. It really is one of my favourite countries. You need lots of $$$ though!!!

They drink a lot in Iceland and have a serious problem with that in the population.
So why do they drink so much if the live in such a nice place?

I live in a nice place, and I'm drunk as a post twice a week. What's your point?

Cheers
Mats

Sure, we're concerned for our lives. Just not as concerned as saving 9 bucks on a roundtrip to Ft. Myers.

No they don't, actually.

However, since we're on the topic of other nations than Norway....

Swedish people are known for being preachy.

They don't drink 'so much' in Iceland. In addition nobody in Iceland does heroin, like people in Sweden. I wonder why people do heroin in Sweden, but not in Iceland....

It all depends how you look at it. You should take it easy on the preaching and the high horse.

Isn't it mostly the tourists that visit Reykjavik on the weekends. When I visited there I did not see much drinking at all when I was outside of Reykjavik and when I was it was mostly tourists.

I would move there myself if I could. It is a beautiful country.
