Christmas is only 19 days away peoples... What is everyone hoping Santa will bring them for Christmas then?

Me? I'm hoping for the money to get an iPhone on contract, money for flights to London in March [ Smile], Toni & Guy Hair straighteners,  Silly.. and I know I'm getting a helicopter flight over Edinburgh,  laughing ... Oh the joys of having birthday and christmas seperated by 24 hours... that little thing called Boxing Day, haha

First Class passengers are my favourites. They can't get any further forward without an ATPL.

I recently bought myself a new Liverpool FC jersey, and an Adidas Originals shirt. Now, I may buy myself FSX with expansion pack (if available), a USB Key and maybe something else. I'm getting about $850 of Christmas Pay this year. And for the record: I HATE having my birthday on Boxing Day. It's bad enough that my grandparents only give me things that I absolutely don't need and/or want for Christmas, but also because the very same presents I get for Christmas are also my birthday presents.

might sound a bit strange in light of the above, but I expect NOTHING this Christmas. Ok, perhaps that 200% pay if I have to work, but that's it. I think that if I lobbied for it we would celebrate Christmas with presents around here, but truth to be told I don't care. It's just a day like any other (same for my birthday btw) and I don't see any reason to get presents for it. So I'm good!

(I don't disaprove of others do getting things, it's each to his/her own, I just don't see the need for myself to get things)

I have been blessed this year, so all I am asking for is some gift cards and hug from mom and dad. Some people call me crazy but in truth I thank god for letting me enjoy the company of my family and friends.

I am hoping for a nice big red sack filled with $100 bills...but based on the amount of coal I have seen flying by on the freight trains lately I have a feeling Santa is stocking up with that instead. Well, at least the coal is free fuel if I get it LOL!!!

Having lost both my own father and my father-in-law this year, a bit of peace and quiet and a few nights of eight hours uninterrupted sleep would be just fine this Christmas.

However, I have also got my eye on a rather beautiful Ralph Lauren black lambswool scarf *hint to partner*

The only things I know I'm getting for sure are a World Almanac and an ESPN Sports Almanac. I've asked for these every year since I was in elementary school.

Other than that, it's going to be mostly money. My computer 'done blowed up' (NASCAR term) and I need to replace it (I'm currently on my old Celeron machine, so I can't play any games or anything like that  Angry )

By birthday is Dec 23 (my 30th.. HOLY SHIT!!!) so I'll get a haul from that as well. I already got a set of snow tires from Mom for my b'day, the rest will probably be cash.

I bought myself an American Vintage '62 Fender Stratocaster the other day. I don't really want anything from my parent's, they have done way more than their share for me over the years. I know they wanted to get me something so I asked them to get me a few effects pedals for the guitar.

I'm getting so excited just thinking about it  spin

Although seeing that my birthday is in January, I have gotten lumps of coal from time to time. Yet I've become practical from my dad's prank by requesting Kingston brand to use for my charcoal grill in the summer.  biggrin
