i've had a couple samsung phones recently, and i quite like them. They are solidly built, which i can't say for quite a few phones i have seen.

Is that frontpiece the screen? Looks like solid metal/plastic to me... I have a samsung sync, it's a great phone with a beautiful screen and great features, for dirt cheap. Love it.

Wow, that's a good price for the U700. I used to have a D900. Small Samsungs are good, but weak on battery.

Nice phone, but i agree with UN_B732, the batteries could last a bit more.

No. Steve Jobs does not get a break.

That's what I was thinking.

Not until he gives Apple a break. That company must be sore at this point, if you know what I mean.

So did I. I also got a Twix bar. And I'll probably get another Coke & Twix in a couple of hours. Scintillating stuff.

I am going to leave my office for a meeting and I am considering purchasing one of these on the way there. What do you guys think of this. It will probably cost about $0.70. Should I make the purchase or should I try and negotiate with the machine?

Negotiate all the way. Tell that damn machine that you're paying no more the $0.55 and if it has a problem with that you'll shove your shoe right up the opening slot. That'll teach it.

Damn, thats a hell of a price. I can only find bottles for $1.25 at the cheapest. A dollar coke in a bottle....you know that thing is nice.

Can't get it for cheaper than $1.50 here unless you happen to be outside a WalMart or Costco. On campus we pay $2.00, a real pain in the arse.
