Hey everyone,
Well, the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City have finally begun!! What did you all think of the opening ceremony? What about the torch lighting? What predictions do you all have for the events and winners? Do you think that the US Hockey Team will win with the Olympics on our soil?? Post your comments here!
Regards,

I think it is shameful that Alaskan athletes don't compete under our own flag.

i called a friend of mine in Salt Lake. She lives on the slopes of Mount Olympus, so they could see the stadium and the torch from their house. She said it was cool to see it on the news and outside the window at the same time.
