There's only 8 episodes of LOST this season. And no new episodes of The Office.

That's the best I can do. Sorry.

If award shows go the way of the dodo because of this strike, I'll take it Silly

24 is delayed too which suck. It's a welcome distraction from the Canadian winter.

Golden Globes cancelled? How on Earth will we go continue as humans?  Yeah sure

I just hope the other look-at-me-I-am-a-Hollywood-star-no-one-else-matters-it's-all-about-us-and-not-about-you award shows go that way, too.

There is one?

Well, ok, only 13 episodes of Season 4 of Battlestar Galactica have been penned . . . otherwise I don't see the problem . . .

Actually just the usual presentation has been cancelled. Instead there will be a live NBC network covered 1 hour 'press conference' presentation/annoucement of the winners about the time of the original show was to be on. By calling it a press conference, and no winners or actor-presentors, they can bypass the WGA strike rules yet still get their 'awards' out.

That sucks and you bet ABC will cram 16 weeks of commercials into those 8 episodes.

No sweat off my ass but I feel for you.

With the Internet, election 2008 and so many other activities, sadly both sides are screwing themselves royally.

Now if only we could get all the entertainment awards shows this year to go away.

I am all for this strike continuing if great things like this happen.

Great thought but, not to be the fly in the ointment'; But, Cojo and some of the other fem boys would start moving in on the gerbil nation even more than they do. And the other limited talented eye candy reporters of both sexes would have to rely on Britney, Larry Craig and Lindsay. Can't always count on celebs and politicians acting badly.
