Eurovision 2008 Switzerland... I Need Help!

Hi guys.. very non-aviation related but i was listening to some Eurovision songs from this year and I love the Swiss song.. However it is blatant plagiarism in my opinion and i need to know i'm not dreaming so here is the copied Swiss song "Era Stupendo"...



And here is the original song by Swedish artist Amy Diamond - "It can only get better"..



The Swiss song is an exact copy in my opinion and will most likely be disqualified because of this.
