His Chevy with Utah license plates came up positive for explosive traces when the dogs sniffed it. There are more weapons in the car.
Story is still developing. Looks like a good catch for the Capitol Police however...
EDIT: Found this tidbit on WUSA's comments section-
Quote: This man approached my colleague and I as we were headed to Union Station from the Russell Senate BLDG. He asked us where First Street and the Supreme Court Bldg were. He had the shotgun and sword in his hand. He looked crazy.

Oh, you know, strategic bows and arrows are that miracle weapon that wipes out entire armies. Tactical bows are for more specific, one-shot-one-kill deals.

That would be me sir. I have some tactical belt keepers, flashlight, pretty much everything on my belt is tactical. Although, color something black and you can call it tactical. And charge double the price.
Did you ever read on your birth certificate that life is fair? Thats cause its not there.
Indeed, even black can be tactical. For example, a tactical bow is pretty much worthless unless it comes in the tactical black color scheme. With tactical arrows. And a tactical string.
