Where are Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton on this one? Was the white kid racist for taking his parking space?

I know I'm probably going to get crap about this being a black man but if I was him, I wouldn't go calling on the civil rights leaders just yet.
If you take a look at the story out there:
It shows him as the aggressor, (which he was) and he should have just let the police handle it. If he knew who the kid was or possibly was that vandalized his car, then he should have called the police, not take the matter in his hands.
All he did was show that he is a thug and not an adult. Only children deal with matters with there hands and not there heads.
I personally don't feel for him, wouldn't defend him and hell I want to know, why a 19 year old is still in high school?
Heck in some states, if the kid he pushed was under the age of 18, he would be charged with assaulting a minor which is something you definately don't want on your record as an adult.
He needs to grow up and start acting like an adult and not a victom

It's too bad more people don't feel this way. All of them do. I was shaking my head with disgust when BET had the nerve to parade these fools out on stage at the hip-hop music awards and they started mocking the whole case by tuanting viewers, and the crowd, of course ate it up.
