Car Hire In Spain/Portugal For 18 Year Olds?

My cousin and a few friends are off to Spain later this year, however they are flying into Porto (OPO). Is there any car rental companies that cater for drivers who are 18 Years of age in Spain or Portugal?

I don't think there are. You normally have to be past your test for at least one year and be over 21.

21 is a minimum almost everywhere in Spain.

Although past that, they'll let you rent almost anything with no extra charges for being a young 21-25 driver (unlike the UK and USA). so if you can find a friend who's over 21 that'd be helpful!

Not every rental car company will allow to take the car into Spain.

I could not find any in Portugal.
Every one I checked has a minimum age of 21 years plus the drivers license must be at least 12 months old.
Might even be difficult to register an 18-year old as ´"Additional driver"
