I tried a couple of times, but usually they just end up in disaster. One time I though I broke my kneecap. But I didn't. Whew! Most of the time I can't make it all the way around. When I do, I can't keep my balance. If I stand on something, usually I have better luck.
Do any experienced backflippers have any advice for a novice such as myself? Any help appreciated.

When I was a teenager, I could ride my bicycle around on just the back wheel, which I thought was cool. Backflips, however, always got the better of me too. I could do them on a trampoline, but I guess that's not quite the same as straight off the ground. I'm no gymnast, and I have resigned myself to the fact that backflips will never be part of my repertoire.

I can actually do backflips!!!! The same with the other move, ya know the one when if you got knocked down on your back and you can flip up without using your hands and land on your feet just by using your back etc!!! Know the one - If anyone knows the name for that tell me!!!!
