I need help tracking down a physician in Mexico. I have his name, but I need to know the address and phone number of the facility where he practices.
So, is there a phone number or website that I can query? I don’t need specifics like date of license or a list of board certifications, just the official address where medicine is practiced.
I’ve tried these sites below, but no luck.

Hey! Maybe if you know the hospital ( if he is in one) I could try search for it and give you the adress of the hospital he could be. If he is in a private office then it'll be tougher.

Unfortunatly he doesn't practice out of a hospital.
