I like most soft cheeses, like gouda, havarti, most goat cheeses. I also very much like blue cheese, muenster, and "only" baby swiss.

BTW, I am getting hungry now!

Tillamook Chedder or anything from Wisconsin...

I have family in both Oregon and Wisconsin, so I have to be true to the.

Besides you can take the tour of the Tillimook plant in Tillimook Oregon in the morning, then drive down the road and visit the Air Museum and the Blimp hangers in the Afternoon. Big thumbs up

Awesome trip. Did it last August.

I like Emmental, Brie and Graviera and Feta cheese. I really hate Roquefort (or Blue Cheese) because it smells like feet fungus!!!

Ah! Cheese!  Love

My favourites are Blue Cheese (especially in Roquefort salad) and Houloumi, which just melts in your mouth!

I love all kinds of cheese, but my favourites are feta and fromage du chevre (soft French goat's milk cheese). Russian Estonsky and Rossiisky are great, too - mild, yet flavourful!

One cheese that's very high on my list is Gjetost, from Norway. It's a firm, light- to medium-brown cheese that, believe it or not, tastes quite similar to peanut butter. It also is very expensive. My local supermarket is selling 250-gram blocks for $20!

I'm giving 2 to 1 odds that Matt D is dying to say something about "crotch" cheese as well. It would fit right along with the "cut the cheese" statement.
