There's also the fact that you can see the earth underneath the Shuttle. From what I gather, the Shuttle flies inverted when in orbit, not so in this picture...I wonder why they were flying with the belly to the ground.

Maybe since the warranty is up there is no risk of voiding it while operating it in a 0g environment.
