Need UK/US Proxies For IPlayer/Hulu

I'm stuck at home for 2 weeks (I'm sick) and am bored rigid. I want to access BBC iPlayer and the Hulu TV websites, but of course since I'm not in the US or UK they don't work (stupid bastard TV networks and their stupid pointless crappy rules). Anyway, I need a proxy to use either one (apparently) but the ones I've come across don't seem to work.

Does anyone have a decent UK and/or US proxy place or something (with instructions) so that I can access these sites ? It's driving me nuts.

P.S. I will brook no discussion on why this may or may be wrong. I don't give a flying crap about licensing or rights or any of that bollocks. I don't care if every single actor on TV starves in the gutter because I'm robbing them of their livelihood. Tough bunnies. They put this stuff out there, I'm entitled to watch it by fair means or foul.

If you have firefox, download "Tor", which is an addon for the program, and allows UK IPs to be set in place of the default ones.

Works great.
