MotorCities Finally Adds My Photos To Database

The automobile version of Airliners.net finally added my three photos after about a week.

I like the concept of this site but is not even close to Airliners.net in terms of layout, professionalism and having an acurate database. For some reason Chevorlet and Cadillac comes up under the Chrysler search. This site needs a major overhaul or Johan & Gary's expertise.  Smile

Toady:
In mint condition, about $4,000 on the high-end and about $900 on the low-end if it has a few minor cosmetic faults.
Late 1970s luxury cars will never be as collectable as the ones from the 50s and 60s.  Sad
Thats good for me because I really like 70s cars.

I'm envious. It must be great living somewhere where you've got the space to drive cars like that.

Starting at $900? A bargain! I'll take 2. Of course, I'd never be able to afford the petrol......

No wonder why they are so inexpensive, no one wants a puke colored car discuised as 'cinnamon gold moondust'.  Laugh out loud

I can't believe that some of you are totally dissing these cool old cars.

7.5L engine! Come on! You gotta respect raw power. Or do you prefer whining down the road in your feather-light euro trash car with its wound up engine like you've got an attitude problem.

I'd prefer cruising down the road in a huge heavy car like I ain't got a care in the world. I want to see 10 feet of hood in front of me. I want to sit farther than 8 inches away from the front passenger. When I start to earn any disposable income whatsoever, you'll see me in something like that.

Mr "You'd have to pay me for towing charges", you've got some serious style issues. Just cause you're stuck driving mommy and daddy's volvo doesn't mean that's the path you have to follow.

I think those jerks just have something against Superfly and not the cars. I've seen mjc777 and rolex01 follow him around and a few other members like puppy dogs. Its quite sad. Those fake users should grow up or be kicked out of the forums.

Sounds like your parents are getting swindled.  Insane

Funny you should mention that. But usually the people who says those things are just jealous.  Insane

Apparantly, I can't voice my opinion and saying what I have without people like Bruno saying that I am selfish and swindling my parents. Kinda sad in my opinion.

You totally missed my point.
I know you're not swindling your parents, it's the car dealer that is!
I've seen the price of the Volvo S90 and the Bravada.
What overpriced under powered junk!
I can easily afford those cars, but I'd rather spend my money wisely.

And the jealous comment had me laughing out of my seat!  Laugh out loud

I was going to buy a 77 Lincoln Towncar once, much like the one in Superfly' second picture, but then I got sent to rehab, got my mind right, layed down the pipe, and came to my senses.

Bruno, I just started posting a little while ago, so how am I following Superfly around like a "puppy dog"? Funny, I have been around long enough to know that with your weak insults and dull, dry personality, you remind me of Matt D. King of all "fake users". Wait, Matt D has been inactive lately. You wouldn't by chance be Matt D in disguise would you?

Bruno, I misinterpreted your post. However, those cars are not crap to say the least! The orignal sticker price on the S90 was over $45,000, but we didn't pay it when we bought it new. It has every feature imaginable including, heated seats, sun roof, memmory seats, memmory mirrors, navigation system, 5 disc CD player etc... Likewise goes for the Bravada.

Not to be rude, but why are you saying my cars are bad when your driving a 1991 F350 pick up. lol  Laugh out loud

Boys, you either get it, or you do not. The big iron rules.

As for beastly American cars in Europe, I have a friend who has, in France, a 1961 Lincoln Continental (one of the classic acrs of all time); and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He also has a Dodge "deuce and a half" Army truck from WW II era. He loves running around the French countryside, "wasting precious natural resources."
