I've always been more of an Andre Agassi fan than a Pete Sampras fan (indeed, back in school when I was on the tennis team, I used to wear one of Agassi's classic "neon green" outfits everytime I played in a tournament...not that it helped me out in the results), but recently while I was browsing through a bookstore in Washington Union Station, I came across an autobiography by Sampras entitled "A Champion's Mind". So, of course, I bought it. I'm not a huge reader by any means, but I couldn't put this book down. It brought back some great memories of some classic tennis matches and rivalries from the early/mid 90's. Sampras does a pretty good job describing in detail what it took for him to win 14 majors. For any fans of tennis out there, it's basically a must read.
