It's a Wiesman MF3 Roadster, made in Germany... it was featured on Top Gear a couple of years back (6th season) as part of a review of classic British designs that aren't British Big grin

Phenomenally unoriginal styling concept too, when you take a peek at the XK140/150 series of cars. It lacks elegance, taste and refinement. Just what you'd expect if you supplied a bunch of squarehead mechanics with some grainy photos of an XK150 and said "I vant zis built mit chust za richt styling und za verticalisch grille bars !"

...I can remember seeing it in the TopGear episode as well but couldn't remember the name of the company/car.
