Well I thought gun accidents only happened when the gun holder did not have the proper and required training.

Life flighted and critical condition.

The article was so small that the only thing that made this news was that he was a prosecutor. There was no details, just a paragraph and a name. I would venture a guess if it diddnt say prosecutor in the title, it would not even be posted...

Who said it was an accident?

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems with just potatoes.

And you're also guessing that:

 Yeah sure

I believe that by definition, "accidents" can and do happen regardless of any best intention or training; who said this was an accident anyway? I fail to see how you came up with that statement by reading the article I just did.

You're the one with some kind of agenda. You've taken

"There was no information on who shot Rosenbaum,"

and turned it into

"I thought gun accidents only happened when the gun holder did not have the proper and required training."

Then, after pulling that out of thin air, you accuse me of having an agenda...  Wow!  rotfl

Where did I mention "funny"? I just implied that accidents can happen no matter how well trained someone is. That's why they're called "accidents'...as in "not on purpose". What your sister-in-law has to do with this is anyone's guess.

She is the reason I am anti gun since she was shot in the head and killed by her husband in front of there 2 kids. Imagine coming home from a business trip to that nightmare.

At the very least, this is abysmal gun handling.

The victim can be heard in the background of the 9-11 call blaming his son for this shooting being on purpose. Sad to read this.
