Hello a.netters! I really like to listen to the great jukebox in the sky - Rhapsody. Whats the best way of listening to it on my stereo equipment instead of my laptop? I've seen references to Squeezebox etc but wonder if any one has experience doing this. I also own a PS3 and wonder if that helps. Appreciate any answers - thanks!

I have an Insignia MP3 player that I got as a gift for X-mas a few years ago. It came with the Rhapsody installation kit for my PC so I could download the songs, etc. I just use a double-male cord to go from the MP3 player to quite a few things (stereo, car, etc.), anything that has an auxiliary input.
Give that a whirl if you have a Rhapsody compatable MP3 player, the cord is pretty cheap too!

I've been seeing the need for a product that is in the shape of a radio / stereo and can use a wireless card to connect to the net to download and play content. Also that wireless connection could be accessed from a pc to set up a list of favorite internet radio stations.
In my case, I'd like to to have something in the same form-factor as a clock radio, to replace the one next to my bed.
Sure, I could put a laptop there, but it doesn't have a snooze button, so I can't just reach over and slap it if I want to sleep a few more minutes!

Thanks! I listen to Rhapsody juke-box style and don't download. So the only ways to listen to it on my stereo are:
1. Somehow take the audio output of my laptop and input it to my headphone input on my stereo, but that doesn't need a cord.
2. Find a way to broadcast my laptop audio to my stereo.
3. Find a gizmo that connects to Rhapsody via the Internet and plays songs of my choice (without downloading).

Me too! I looked at Squeezebox (lLogitech) and Streamium (Philips) and they may be close to what you want. I'm just wondering if anetters have any experience with that type of solution.

Thanks!
I didn't know those kinds of products are out there.
I looked them up at Amazon and those products are cool, but maybe a little more high-end than what I am looking for.
