Photo Editing On Mac Question.

Very childish, I have a photo I want to put a speech balloon to the mouth of someone in a photo and put a comment in.

Any Mac software do this? iPhoto doesn't!!

Under MacOS X, all programs can simply print to PDF. It's a standard system feature.
