Hi,

Althought it's not really a whole scene I like the river boat chase in The Man with the Golden Gun (when the little kid makes his boat go faster for like 50,000bhat!)

"Tomorrow Never Dies" opening scene and "Last Crusade".Unless war flick, you're right, not many plane chases.Maybe that's a cue for another Bond plane chase using historical WW2 planes.ME109 vs.spitfire?

"World Is Not Enough" would be my pick for best.
Second would be the "Italian Job"

Although not a chase scene, I like the part in "The Thomas Crowne Affair" (most recent version) where Crowne tips his boat in NY Harbour.

Cool old boats, great location, and (mostly) believable. Can't beat it!

I love the old Chevys in that sequence - learned to drive in one of those aircraft carriers....

IIRC, the distance of the mid-air boat-jump scene set a world record at the time.

Live and Let Die had a chase scene involving a plane. It had to be one of the funniest scenes in the movie.

Hi,

Not really a full chase but I saw an episode of Knight Rider the other day where it ends by him turbo boosting through the fuselage of the bad guy's Cessna 152/172 as he's trying to taxi/takeoff on the runway(!) That show had some cool action.

Also saw one recently where he's chasing a business jet and climbs out the car onto the wing at full speed then along the fuselage and sits astride the vertical stabiliser and takes off his jacket and is trying to stuff it into the rudder so they can't take off (he misses this time and falls back into KITT and they get away!)
