At one point, I had about 8 different e-mail addresses. I have not accessed some of them since probably 2002. I currently have four of those active. Of the inactive ones, one was from Earthlink (who is no longer my ISP), 2 are Hotmail and one is Excite. Those three (2 Hotmail, 1 Excite) are not active, but, what would happen if I tried to access those three after all this time? Would they even still be shown to exist?

I have an old hotmail email address and tried to access it after a couple of years. Username, password and I was back in. With an info of hotmail, that the account was temp put on hold, but now back and active.
I guess this might happen here as well.

I had a hotmail acct that I hadn't checked since I got gmail in 2004 or 2005. I tried to check it a few weeks ago. It did not recognize the address, so I re-registered the same address. It's the same as my gmail one--just @hotmail.com instead so I definitely got the name right.

Maybe some of you can help me on this since we are talking about former e-mails: I have 3 that aol/netscape says I do not have the right password and sends the contact info to a e-mail i dont know of. What do I do? For the record, I have 5 and then either deleted or not payed any attention too.
