Definitely either a 1959 or 1960 GM vehicle. More specifically judging from the fact that it's a sedan (as opposed to a hardtop) and from the dashboard (from what I can see of it) and the beginning of the tailfin; it's either a Chevy Biscayne or BelAir from the above-vintage (IIRC, the Impala 4-doors were all hardtops). A view of the from or back could give away the exact model year.
