Self Gloss: Started Flight Training!

I guess it's subject matter worthy of my first self-gloss thread! I started my private training in a C172R yesterday! I am a first year aviation major at LeTourneau University, and from here on out I should be flying around twice a week as I work my way past PPL, Instrument, then Commercial. I have come to the conclusion that no matter how expensive it gets, the view from "up there" is worth every cent! Wish me luck...especially with that dang radio!

I'm about to start working on my sport pilot license. Sure, it's a step down from a PPL, but at least it will get me flying.
