The phrase "No eating and drinking" is displayed on Singapore's public trains. Isn't it supposed to be "No eating or drinking"? I think "No eating and drinking" means you can drink but not eat and vice versa but not eat and drink at the same time. We are not supposed to eat or drink onboard the trains so I believe it should be "No eating or drinking".
