You know he was the owner of the Caribbean Star and Caribbean Sun Airlines, until he decided to get out of the airlines business. I remember when he visited the Grenada base, he was caught looking proudly on his Dash8s on the tarmac.. He was actually a cool down to earth guy.

Sadly that was just the WICB incompetence. As someone mentioned on TMS, imagine what could have been done at the ARG in terms of upgrades with just 10% of the money spent on the white elephant that is the Viv Richards stadium.
