Dont have any of either & have no plans on getting one in the future. Personally I dont see what the big deal is with tattoos in general & piercings on men.

I've got one tattoo between my shoulder blades. I know theres alot of people who don't like tattoos for what ever reason and they always have to throw their .02 cents into it. But it has a very personal meaning to me, its there for a reason and I have no regrets in getting it.

As for piercings, none.

Yes, I do. I have 4 tattoos and some piercings. I don't know how one would count them, but I have two in each ear and two "others." Yes, I want more.

None for me, thanks. Even after 20 years in the Navy.

I see no reason or purpose for it, and alot of people that get them because "everyone else is doing it" or "it is the new fad" are usually the ones that regret it later.

I have 5 piercings in my right ear, and 3 in my left. I used to have a few others but they have since been removed.

No tats though. There are a few that I've designed that I would like to get, but never will.

Please don't get a tramp stamp.  Sad

I don't have neither. I had my tongue pierced in my early 20s but that only lasted a few months.

As for tats, I don't think I love anything enough to have it permanently painted on my body.

I have a question, can you tatoo scar tissue? I always wondered if i were to be burned say on my arm or legs, could you just tatoo over the scar to conceal it?

it depends on the artist. most will tattoo over a scar but it'll need a lot more ink and probably quite a few touch-ups but it can be done!

See.... That is why I, personally, wait at least a year. I have waited 3 years now for the Canucks "Orca" logo, an arm band, and to get both of my nipples done. I don't want the pain, but I like the look.

How much does a tattoo over a scar hurt?

37 Iowaman : You would sure think so. Personally I would never hire anyone with tats down to their wrists or large ones on the neck or face.
