Id say Tokyo has few "must see" places. To me Tokyo is an amazing city that is more of an experience destination than a sight seeing place

The Narita Express train service stops at Shinagawa, so, yes, you have quick (albeit $$$) access to/from Narita. Also, there is a direct train service at Shinagawa to Haneda Airport if you are interested in some spotting there.
There is simply too much to do in and around Tokyo; kinda hard to suggest anything without knowing what you're into.

I think on this trip as it's so short, we're going to take a trip to that big zebra crossing, go up to the viewing gallery in that government office, then just wander round and soak up whatever the city has to offer and stop off at the electronics place along the way.
Sadly I doubt that we will a) have time for Haneda and b) I'll be allowed to go but I will make the most of the time at NRT.
Really looking foward to it.
