What is the best way to find a used Car in the States, well I'm searching via internet and here in Europe we have autotrader.nl or autoscout24 and mobile.de and I think something similar must exist in the US can you provide me some good links pls

autotrader.com is probably the best. Since a few other auto research sites point to it as well. I believe Edmunds does.
If you want to deal with auctions eBay is a a decent bet. And if you have the patience Craigslist.
But given that you are looking for a specific special edition of the Z06, and I don't know what years they were made, you may be better off contacting a Corvette specialty dealer and working through them. Otherwise a more run of the mill Z06 or just a plain Jane C6 you could probably find via Autotrader.
