So everyone, like it says above, what's you nickname. My name is Jonathan, so people call me Jon. But I'm guessing you people have more creative ones, and probably some interesting stories on how you got them.

hahahahahaha!
I'm Trent so I usually get, well, Trent.
A bunch of friends refer to me as Trentles, and a cousin calls me Trenty sometimes (weirdo), but mostly just the bog standard Trent.
I do quite enjoy a spot of flying - more so when it's not in Economy!

My friends often call me "Potter" because when I first came to their school in 8th grade, I looked a LOT like him, especially with my glasses. My cousins call me "Bob" because one day they saw me flipping through the channels and "Full House" came on. I stopped for a second, so they gave me that nickname...
Finally, my friend Alyssa is trying to get "McSexy" to catch on, but no luck so far. And my friend Sarah occasionally calls me "Sexface" for absolutely no reason at all! Weird...

I had two nicknames of note. First, was "Sparky". Given to me when I worked in produce at a grocery store. We had a store maintenance man whom was few apples short of a fruit basket.
He apparently thought my name actually WAS Sparky, and would constantly refer to and introduce me as such.
The second is "Sam." This one was given to me by a group at Sul Ross State, whom thought I looked like Samwise Gamgee from Lord of the Rings.
And that's my incredibly rich nickname heritage.

My nicknames, in order of creation:
J.J.- My two middle initials, and I despise that nickname for all its worth.
Buzz- You'll usually see me with a cup of coffee or a coca-cola in the house.
Drunky McSlosh- I earned this nickname as soon as I turned 18 and hit the bars.
BFF- Only my best friend Keila is allowed to call me this...because we are best friends forever.
Frequent Flier- My mom called me this because I travel a lot, especially by airplane.
Pillsbury Doughboy- HOO HOO! Yeah, I earned this name back when I was fat.
Cleathead- When I played rugby, I was in the scrum. I once got a cleat to the head and had to sit the game out. Now most of my rugby buddies call me 'cleathead' whenever we meet up for beer.
Sexy thang- Most ladies at the clubs call me this...only because I've lost a shitload of weight and built up a shitload of muscle in the past couple, three years.
Falcon- My old army nickname from when I was in the Army Reserves.

I don't really have any proper nicknames but when I was in school I had a friend called Jonathon which shared a few classes with me and our teachers always used to get our names mixed up and I got called Jon and he got called Jason all the time by a few of our teachers. Also at work a couple of years ago I forgot my name badge so borrowed a name badge belonging to a "Justin" (btw no one by this name works in our store) that day I served a lady who regularly visits our store and ever since that day she calls me Justin all the time even though my name badge clearly states that my name is "Jason" but I really don't care and just let her call me Justin
