I have been following this story for a while now and am really dissapointed with the decision. Ultimately I don't blame the judge, I blame the U.S. justice system for not protecting people like the 13 year old that committed suicide. I personally believe this woman (Lori Drew) instigated the death of this young woman. Even though she cannot be charged in the death, is there anything she could be charged with. I think they could charge her with soliciting sex from a minor, and the family could file a wrongful death lawsuit. I don't think the case against her was very strong since technically what she did was not illegal, however she truly is scum for what she did.
