Yes I like it, but I don't drink it that often. I agree it's very refreshing to drink in hot weather though! I drink peppermint tea and also chinese green tea or oolong (those that drink it know which one I mean - three leaves in a cup!). Both are sedating so make good nightime drinks. Important too IMO is to get a good brand. Twinings peppermint is the only one I like, and chinese tea has to be the real thing, not the 'inferior' one from the supermarket!

I don't know about you guys but Lipton iced tea - powdered, not from bags - really does it for me. I take about 3 glasses a day of that stuff. It's heaven after a good workout. I don't drink coffee or hot tea, and I'm scared of going to the UK where the only way to drink it is hot. I guess I'll have to bring my own supply.
