Stumbled upon this amazing video of clips captured in/around San Francisco. Worth checking out. Also has some airport action, unreal to watch those planes line up for landing.

Wow! That is very cool! Thanks for sharing! It's remarkable to see that in such high quality. The music goes along with the video very well. I think they did a great job with time lapse. The fog just really seems magical to me. It almost makes me want to move there. Thanks again for sharing!

Haha...almost. The fog is majestic, beautiful, mysterious, ethereal, every adjective under the sun really. Never got tired of it as a resident - but it certainly comes with its price. Thanks to that stuff, you need to take a heavy coat with you if it's sunny in the afternoon but you plan to head to dinner or a movie later, toxic mold lurks in the walls of many older apartments and homes, and rents routinely are raised because buildings need a fresh coat of paint more often.
Great views in the video though it makes SFO look much busier than it actually is.

SFO is insanely busy. Tons of RJ's. :-/
I love my city. I really do. And I am proud to call it home because it is the most gorgeous city in the world!

Great video, however I would have picked a different song.
I used to love putting a new Vimeo timelapse video on my myspace every couple weeks, but then myspace died and facebook took over!

I totally approve of this video--and you're right, it looks totally awesome in full screen mode.

By the way, if you have an iTunes account, you can download the music found on this fabulous video. The instrumental piece is "Revolve" from the His Boy Elroy's album Reconstructed/Mixed.
I think that the young man (Delirious at Vimeo) who created this work of art is a genius.
I worked in the City for a number of years in the late 1970s; grew up in the East Bay and flew out of SFO many times in my younger days.
The fog, the bridges, the water, and the skyline all make for a memorable experience for the visitor and a source of pride for the resident of that most beautiful city by the bay.
Almost a spiritual experience watching this magical video.
Doc, your city IS the most gorgeous in the world. With my uncle living there, I often find myself taking Amtrak to the bay area or just doing quick drives there to visit and just be in the scenery of San Fran. To me, nothing calms me and makes me happy more than your city. (Seattle is a close second).

I agree with everyone else here. SFO is just about my favorite big city. I would have to vote for Laguna Beach as the best small one; If your loaded
