Bengals win again over a division rival in the last minute of play on a touchdown to win 17-14, then an interception in the last 3 seconds to seal the deal. What a game! Sloppy, but a win's a win. I just wish the Bengals would win an easy one and stop giving me heart attacks at the end of every game.
And the Giants won handily over Oakland today 44-7. Huge shock there.
Bengals: 4-1
Giants: 5-0.
Oh, Boston Red Sox lost. Now if the Yankees can win tonight, it will be the perfect day.

I do have to say that the Bengals' 4-1 (almost 5-0) start has to be the most surprising win-loss stat this season. Many think TE's winless start is, but not to me IMO...
I sure hope Polamalu will be back next week. I know it's only the Browns next Sunday, but if even the Lions could [almost] come back and steal the game, the defense is misfiring in there somewhere. They need Polamalu back. Without him, even a pee-wee team could have a chance at beating the Steelers. My 2 cents...

Yes they did! And to think the Bengals would be on the list of undefeated teams (instead of Denver) had it not been for that fluke catch by Denver at the end of the game in Week 1 that allowed the Broncos to win.

Well, someone finally exposed what Shaun Hill really is, a good backup QB. Atlanta showed that one could dink and dunk his way to a few wins, but not for long, and not against a good team with a solid QB. You can win a championship without a rifle arm QB (Joe Montana, Tom Brady), but you can't win one with a no arm QB, i.e. Shaun Hill. I strongly believe that Shaun Hill can give you a 8-8, 9-7 year in year out consistently, but no further than that. He just has no arm strength whatsoever. I hope coach Singletary'd draft a decent starting QB out of next year draft.

You would be assuming that an NFL game that ends in a final score of 6-3 would have "highlights" to begin with.

There actually were! See my above post in reply number 20. Oh, and I wonder if there is a record for the shortest highlights reel. They just skipped the entire game pretty much and went right into the 4th quarter... The whole thing didn't even last a minute...
