An interesting and humerous read.

Just so ye know, I'm absolutely not an anti-semite, but I am an atheist, so for me it's very funny, for the religious out there, lets see what you think.

I guarantee that within the hour, someone will try to justify why we need to listen to certain Bible quotes, but not others.

As Susan B. Anthony said, when responding to arguments that the Bible forbade anesthesia during childbirth because women are supposed to bear their children with pain, "I mistrust those who know so well what God wants them to do because I notice how it always coincides with their own desires."

After all, fundamentalists, no matter what religion, aren't interested in any sorts of facts, not even facts from the very religious tomes they claim to follow. They are trained to be egomaniacs, so convinced of their own superiority (granted by their god) that they have the right to tell the rest of us what to do. And, because whatever they want to do is ordained by God, nothing that they do can be wrong, whether it's murder, torture, running brothels, theft, or any other behavior specifically banned by their own religion.

If you've heard the Jews vs. Gentiles argument, then there is no point sounding like a broken record. If you're not religous, then it probably won't matter much anyway. Mind you, even if I wasn't religous, I would find the whole account very interesting.

A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?

Well, I suppose you *COULD* own a Canadian. But they aren't terribly useful outside of a few niche applications, like hockey and curling. Otherwise, they seem to want to drink a lot of beer and do a lot of ice fishing.  duck   Wink

Well I think he forgot the to use Deuteronomy 22:13-21, which states if a woman is not a virgin when she is married her father is to stone her to death at his front door. So just remember that next time your read Lev.

Here's an insider's tip- being a Canadian and all....

Starting next month until late March, you'll find many on the beaches of Florida and Hawaii, and on the golf courses of Arizona and Southern California.

The youngest ones you'll be able to collect in Disneyland/World.

Take heed.... this quote is extremely important:

DocLightning may be right about beer- I'm not so sure about ice fishing though.

But when you go hunting for one, be very careful. The same rules apply in Canada. And since that's the case, their motivation is greater to own someone from a neighbouring nation. Canada has only one neigbouring nation.

"Bed Warmer" is one of those niche applications.

No that neigbouring nation to Canada, certainly can't spell! (Can't write the date right, either, but that's another thread!)

I agree most Americans leave a 'u' out of a lot of words and they also have no idea on how to write the date either, why the hell would you put the month first

Can I buy an Ozzie? They're usually pretty hard-working, they have cute accents, and they're a good-looking collection of people! I'll take three.

Doc when the Egomaniacs wake up you will be cast into the Pit to enjoy your Pleasure and Pain in the Fires of Hell.

For those not knowing Colour has a U in it not the way the Colonials spell it even the Spell checker is trying to spell it the wrong way and dates start with the Day not the Month.

Sorry Doc but the shipping costs will kill the deal   but then again with the current blood bath on the South Pacific, who knows!

I guess you can have three, (if you can work out the shipping deal), as they won't come out of the group I'm interested in! But just remember the are only 21 million of us and that means that only about 6 million or so Yanks can have three!

We are veering way off topic here, but I think that if you are going to make a post correcting spelling and grammar, then you should at least observe the rules of use of capital letters!
