Props to the first lady ! This is a worthy cause and I am proud of her efforts for our military families and veterans. She has immense appeal and can really do allot of good with the position she has been granted by the American people. Personally I would like to see her doing work for private charities rather than working the federal budget angle ... but whatever gets it done for our troops and families is good with me.

Great! The money for counseling is CRITICAL! Many soldiers are coming back from the war either not knowing how to deal with depression or they don't know that they have depression. Its even more difficult for spouses or families of these soldiers if they don't know that their veterans are dealing with depression and other issues.
This makes me very happy to hear, hopefully this will get passed with the budget, and fast! We are having enough soldiers coming home and committing suicide.
