I am going through a period of "adjustment" after my partner of 13 years bailed on me six weeks before we were going to get married ( wedding should have been two weeks ago today ) ... so "Don't Speak" really gets to me at the moment :
"You and me , we used to be together , everyday together , always . I really feel that I'm losing my best friend , I can't believe this could be the end . It looks as though you're letting go , and if it's real then I don't want to know"
About three weeks ago I heard this song 4 times in one day in different cafes and shops and each time I had to flee the scene , finally , about 3 days ago it came on in a cafe and I managed to listen to it right through without crying ... much .
Hopefully this will pass soon as I really love the song and would prefer to be able to listen to it without bawling my eyes out .

Cinco Siglos Igual - Mercedes Sosa (que descanse en paz)
It doesn't necessarily make me cry, but it's always very emotional. Come to think of it, most of her music makes me feel emotional, since I never got to see her before she died. There are many songs which can cause such a reaction, and doubtless one or two which make me cry, however it's difficult to name them.

Angel - Sarah Mclachlan
Crash and Burn - Savage Garden
Adam's Song - Blink 182
No Me Ames - Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez
Dear Dad - Good Charlotte
Perfect - Simple Plan
Angel has to do with my Mom's death when I was 10. Crash and Burn is great when I'm depressed. Adam's Song is for all my friends that I've lost to Suicide. No me Ames is when I'm thinking of my ex. And Dear Dad and Perfect is to my father and my sexuality. And of course there are plenty more that make me cry. And to be 100% it doesn't take much for me to cry to a song. Hehehe.
