What started as a summertime (southern hemisphere) advertising campaign draw around greater Mendoza bars, clubs and wine lounges, has been such a massive hit that a company wants to mass produce them for export. They claim to have requests from bars around the world.

It's a 3 minute watch.

What do you think? Fair is fair? Or a sign of decadent values??

Well, the beer company has exploited their invention's buzz all the way... These things were installed at several locations during the summer, as part of their elaborate marketing.

Andes beer is not involved with the new push to make them, it's a 3rd party that simply wants to take the idea and produce the booths generically for establishements to buy.

In reality, it's not a horrible idea. Most people will just use it as a phone booth. Or they won't. It's up to them.

I think if you are just chilling with your buddies and your girlfriend slash boyfriend slash important other half is always very possesive, I think it is not a harmful use for the booth. Of course, we all know many are going to use it to make cheating easier... That's kind of the debate, does the benefits outweigh the potential bad actions it facilitates.

No. Because I either would a) dump a bitch that's too much of a control freak to trust me on my own with my buddies or b) just bring my GF/wife/girl toy with me to the bar. Problem solved
