Longest Day Of The Year In Singapore?

Today is the solstice, and it has got me wondering about something. What is the longest day(s) of the year for places on or near the equator like Singapore?
Is it the solstice, equinox or are all days roughly the same length?

PS I know every day has 24 hours, I'm talking about daylight hours.
