ETA, Basque terrorist group declares ceasefire on a video sent to BBC and Gara, Basque newspaper.

I wouldn't hold my breath with this. This ceasefire is just to re-arm. Once they have enough munition and man power, they'll break the ceasefire once again, as they have done over that past decade. Right now, Spaniards can enjoy a temporary moment of peace, but it won't be a permanent one. Even the last permanent ceasefire was broken.
