I need to make a query on an Indonesian aviation website but they don't speak/understand English so I need to put it in Indonesian language. Is there anyone here that can help please? My experiences of using google translate for converting languages are not good...

Which site is it? Indoflyer.net? If so, write there in English... it'll be so much better than google-translated Indonesian!
If it's Kaskus, then I can't help you at all there as even I don't understand their language... and hey, I'm a local!

Seems an awful site, but not that difficult to understand, then again, my Bahasa Indonesia is VERY bad!!!
Shared piece of information, back in January, the large coffee shop at the top of Balikpapan Plaza had no hot coffee. Apparently their coffee machine had been broken for four months. But they had iced capuccino - and very sweet waitresses.
