Warner Music is sold to Russian company Access Industries for 18 billion NOK
The sale has to be accepted by the companies general assembly
Warner music also inlcudes Atlantic, Elektra and Asylum records, who also controls publishingcomapany Warner/Chappell.
Access Industries has negotiated to buy the stocks of Warner Music-boss Edgar Bronfman and two investment companies.
Warner Music is the worlds largest recordlabel with artists such as Madonna in theri stable.
18 billion NOK - Was'nt that cheap ?
